During the past 5 years, I’ve been working with more than 15 companies in helping them to improve customer and user experiences from services, operations, commerce, supply chain, analytics, process automation and procurement touch points.

Having a strong business acumen as a complementary knowledge, I can quickly adopt my UX design knowledge aligned to company’s vision. On top of this background, I am highly adaptable in conducting UX research with empathy, collaborating with the team and pushing myself for incremental improvement.

I enjoy working on projects that empower positive energy to society and businesses. On a team level, I work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, which is the key to produce the best results. I’m confident in communicating with users, stakeholders and development team to resolve user’s pain points, improve usabilities, and unleash the values of the product.​

I’m also a rose lover as it speaks silently as an art which is known only to the heart.
